Happy Valentine's Day!

We had our valentine exchange today with our homeschool group.  This morning, we were getting all of our stuff ready.  Seth picked out one of the valentines and said, "I want to give this one to Abigail."  Then, when we got to the gym, he said, "When I give Abigail a kiss, hearts are going to fly out!"  (I think he must've seen something like that on a cartoon.)  It was really funny because he's not generally a kissy kind of boy, although he does have three girl friends that he will kiss without thinking twice about it.  He didn't kiss Abigail when he saw, though.  Instead, he threw a basketball at her back so he could get her attention.  He's quite the charmer.

The boys came home with a ton of loot.

Here are a few of the super creative valentines they got:

This fishy valentine was attached to a bag of goldfish.

There was also a cute  bag with an orange in it and a note that said, "Orange you glad we're friends?  I yam!" (and there was a picture of a yam)  Some of the kids are really creative!
