This was the first year that Seth entered the Grand Prix race. It was lots of fun!
He designed his car and Jesse showed him how to use the tools. He made his car completely by himself and did an awesome job.
Sanding the car...
Drilling holes into the car to hold his weights...
Painting the car... He turned his car into a wedge shape, so he had to cut off the top part of it. The top part that got cut off was actually big enough to make another car, so he gave to Luke.
Sanding the axles...
The finished product... (those are lightning bolts and flames!)
Waiting for the race to begin (the blur in front of Seth is Luke)...
On your mark, get set
Go! (round number one)
Go! (round number 2- each car raced several times in order to make sure that they all competed against each other)
Watching one of the other races.. The kids had lots of fun sitting in the floor cheering the cars on. I was afraid Luke would reach out and grab one of the cars as it went by, but he didn't. Whew!
Here it comes again!
Last round! It was a close race!
Seth showed great sportsmanship and we were very proud of him!

Disney January 2010- Animal Kingdom Part Two!
Luke liked hiding in the big argenteous rocks...
So did Seth...
Gorilla imitation?
Amazed at the height of the towering bamboo!
A snake!
Jimini Cricket!
Rafiki!
Luke really liked his shoes.
Oops! Rafiki wasn't looking at the camera.
He has a really nice smile.
Hey, Pocahontas, I like your necklace.
What's that smell?
Huh? My middle name? I don't think I have one! *giggle giggle giggle*
The boys really liked chatting with the Indian Princess.
Tiger!
Checking him out up close.
This cast member had lots of information to share with us about the animals. Do you know they feed frozen steaks to the tigers?
Luke was tired of the stroller, but didn't want to walk. Daddy to the rescue!
I just saw that bird!
Digging up fossils! (I think the kid behind Jesse ate some sand.)
Jammin Jungle Parade!

Disney January 2010- Magic Kingdom!
Annual family pose in front of the castle...
Hanging out in front of the Mickey and Minnie topiaries...
We shrunk down to fairy size so we could enter Pixie Hollow. See how little Luke is compared to this tree frog?
Tinker Bell signed the boys autograph books!
Then they posed for a picture...
Street Party!
Its Mr. Incredible both in and out of costume at the same time! How did he do that?
Swiss Family Tree House!
A rousing game of checkers at Tom Sawyer Island!
Jesse had to make sure there weren't any enemies approaching.
Luke enjoyed burning off energy on all of the stairs he could find.
Playing in the tunnel made Seth look a little green!
Skull Rock
Taking turns ensuring the Fort was secure (the boys get excited anytime they get to use weapons!).
Hanging out in the cave...
Watching the parade! (Luke LOVED the music)
Meeting Peter Pan! The boys could've talked to him for hours. Luke kept asking him why he didn't have his sword with him. He had just had a battle at the castle, and he said he left it there. They were a little disappointed because they really wanted to see it!
Testing out their strength...
In prison with Zurg...
Night time on Main Street...
We had dinner at the restaurant on the left (The Plaza Restaurant)
Chip and Dale!
I don't know what Seth has in his hand, but it looks like he stole a tail from one of the chipmunks!
